ACCESS SOLUTIONS is a full service remodeling company, serving the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, with a special emphasis on performing modifications for accessibility. We are continually seeking highly motivated professionals with skills in multiple trades.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, hardworking contractor or subcontractor who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor, excellent customer service skills, solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of clients and co-workers. If you have these attributes as well as skill in any of the areas listed below, we want to talk to you!

Areas of ongoing need include:
General Carpentry and Construction
Trim and Finish Carpentry
Tile
Level entry showers
Drywall
Painting/Staining (interior and exterior)
Plumbing (faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, disposals, shut off valves, ice makers, supply lines, drains, leaks, etc)
Electrical (light fixtures, ceiling fans, GFCIs, outlets, switches, dimmers, ballast replacement and troubleshooting)
Roofing
Window and Door installation and repair
General Handyman/Repair tasks
Installation of grab bars, ramps and other items for accessibility
Fencing, gutters, siding, decks, ramps
Flooring installation and repair (wood, carpet, tile, laminate)

Requirements include:
Strong knowledge and experience in your area of expertise as well as related codes and regulations
Residential permitting and inspection experience a plus
Required tools to perform tasks in your area of expertise
Liability insurance

Valid trade license (for trades requiring licensure)
Valid drivers license
Authorization to work in the United States
Reliable vehicle with insurance
Smart phone with internet access and email address
Must pass background check
Must pass drug screening
Education:  High School or equivalent
Language:  Must be able to read and wright English

Compensation:
Compensation will be hourly or by project, based upon trade and experience.
